Welcome to ClayMora. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. The Handcrafted Nature of Our Products

At ClayMora, every piece is unique.

Variations: Because our mugs are handmade and fired in small batches, you acknowledge that slight variations in shape, size, and glaze patterns are expected and celebrated as part of the artisanal process.
Accuracy: We strive to photograph our products in natural light to show true colors, but please note that screen settings may slightly alter the appearance of colors.

2. Payment Terms

We offer two convenient payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is collected in cash by the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is ready.
Instapay: For a faster, cashless experience, you can transfer the total amount via Instapay.
- Note: For Instapay orders, the transfer must be completed and a screenshot of the transaction shared with us before the order is dispatched.

3. Order Confirmation & Shipping

Once an order is placed, we will contact you via email or whatsapp to confirm the details.
Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
If we are unable to reach you to confirm a COD order within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Returns, Damages & Exchanges

Inspection at Door: For COD orders, we encourage you to inspect the exterior of the package upon arrival.
Damaged Items: Since ceramics are fragile, if your item arrives broken, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging. We will provide a replacement or a refund via Instapay.
Change of Mind: If you wish to return a non-damaged item, it must be in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, logos, and product designs, is the property of ClayMora. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
