Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) containing a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.

Packaging & Care

Each mug is a work of art. We take extra care to package our ceramics in eco-friendly, high-durability materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.
