Refund policy
At ClayMora, we want you to love your new favorite mug. Because our items are handcrafted and fragile, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
1. Damaged Items (The "Broken on Arrival" Guarantee)
We take great pride in our packaging, but ceramics are delicate.

Action Required: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is broken or damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof: Send a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging to our [Instagram/Email].

Resolution: We will send you a replacement of the same design at no extra cost. If the design is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund via Instapay.
2. Returns (Change of Mind)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage:

Timeframe: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable) via Instapay.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Items notified more than 3 days after delivery.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after being received.

Custom-made or personalized orders.
-
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.
4. Refunds for COD vs. Instapay

Instapay Orders: Refunds will be sent back to your original Instapay address within 48 hours of the return being approved.

COD Orders: Since no digital trail exists for cash, we will ask for your Instapay address or Vodafone Cash number to process the refund. We do not offer cash refunds via courier.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
💡 A Note on "Artistic Variation"
Please remember that every ClayMora piece is handmade. Minor variations in glaze drips, speckles, or slight size differences are characteristic of the kiln-firing process and are not considered defects. These variations make your mug one-of-a-kind!
